The press service of the Primorsky Krai government has announced that a new tourist cluster will be constructed in the picturesque Aleut Bay, located in the Khasansky District. This year-round seaside resort will be able to accommodate up to 3,000 people simultaneously.
The cluster will be situated on the shores of the Sea of Japan, in a region previously devoid of such tourist facilities.Nearby is a marine biosphere reserve with islands that are home to rare animals and birds. Furugelm Island, where seals and belugas can be spotted, is also located in the vicinity. The renowned "Land of the Leopard" national park, offering tourists the opportunity to walk the leopard trail, is not far away. The surrounding area is dotted with numerous lakes adorned with beautiful blooming lotuses.
The project entails the construction of seven hotels of various star ratings and apartments, providing a total of 3,800 rooms. Additionally, the resort will feature an aquapark with heated outdoor pools, spa complexes, a water sports school,a medical center, a multi-functional arena, an amusement park, a fish market, and other tourist infrastructure facilities. The overall area of the tourist cluster will exceed 150 hectares, with a coastline stretching 1.6 kilometers.
