What girls want: Russian Railways launches a festive cruise along the Volga region

Festive railway cruise “Bright weekend in the Volga region. What Girls Want” on a circular route through Orenburg, Samara, Cheboksary, Kirov, Saransk and Ulyanovsk will be launched on March 5, according to the national tourist portal Russia.travel.

The travel program includes a visit to the only Art Nouveau Museum in Samara in Russia, acquaintance with the unique architecture, a walk through the merchant part of the city. Tourists will learn about the peculiarities of making Dymkovo toys, the secrets of the Vyatka forest.

“The museum of the “Russian Rodin” will open its doors - the Mordovian Museum of Fine Arts named after Stepan Erzya. Here, guests will be treated to a high fashion show by Mordovian designers. A gastro trip to Chuvashia will appeal to those with a sweet tooth, because it is here that the most delicious sweets are produced. In Kirov, passengers of the festive tour will be treated to real ice cream made from local milk or they will be told how the Vyatka Poles supplied chocolate to the imperial court, ”the portal reports.

The cost of the tour for adults is 19,990 rubles, for children under 10 years old - 15,000 rubles.

“The cost of the holiday weekend route “What do the girls want?” train tickets are included in comfortable carriages in both directions, meals and a full excursion program along the entire route,” Russia.travel notes.
