The third annual Vladivostok street scallop festival "Na Grebne" will be held on June 28-30. This year's event will take place as part of the Youth Day celebrations, reports the Visit Primorye Tourism Portal of Primorsky Krai.

"20 Vladivostok restaurants will take part in the event, half of which have decided to try their hand at the city event for the first time in the fast food format. And it doesn't matter if you are a newcomer to this business or an experienced "feeder", but everyone has the same task: it should be tasty, varied and affordable. The list of dishes on the menu is dictated by our delicious "pride" - the Far Eastern scallop," the message says.

The festival menu will combine European and Asian culinary traditions: tom yum and gyoza, khinkali and scallop kebabs, turnovers and scallops in citrus sauce, etc.

"The street festival "Na Grebne" has already become a delicious brand of the city. The participation of restaurants in this street event, and even with such a "secular" product, shows the democratization of food. I would like such a product and dishes from it to be more understandable and accessible to residents and guests of the city. So that acquaintance with the local product, dishes prepared from it, takes place not in a restaurant hall, but in a good atmosphere, on the seashore, among friends, an interesting program," - the portal quotes the director of the regional Tourist Information Center Olga Gurevich.

Industry площадки, creative workshops will work at the festival, various master classes, quests and battles will be held, and performances of artists will take place.

"The street festival "Na Grebne" (0+) will continue on City Day, July 6, on the Embankment of the Tsarevich. The program promises a lot of surprises," the portal reported.
