Vadim Petrov elected Chairman of the Public Council under the Russian meteorological service - Roshydromet

Vadim Olegovich works as an adviser to the director of the State Oceanographic Institute named after N.N. Zubov.

He is familiar with social activities firsthand: he is a member of the leadership of the Environmental Chamber of Russia, is active in the Russian Geographical Society, the public and business council of the national project "Ecology" and other organizations.

Valery Mikheev, Rector of the Russian State Hydrometeorological University, Viktor Blinov, Assistant Director of the Research Center for Space Hydrometeorology "Planeta" and Alexandra Kudzagova, Executive Director of the Fund for Environmental Management were elected Deputy Chairmen of the Public Council.
