Tourists will be refunded for bad weather

This was reported by the press service of ATOR. The program of insurance against bad weather was launched by the tour operator "Online Express". Insurance is provided by Renaissance Insurance and is available through a travel agent. Such a service will help to return up to half of the paid tour, the compensation will be transferred to the tourist card instantly.

To “turn on” insurance and payments, you need to deviate either the amount of precipitation - upwards, or the air temperature - downwards from the “normal” threshold values. That is, drought or heat will not be considered “bad weather” - only rain, snow and cold snap on any of the days of rest are recognized as it. The weather is calculated for each location based on weather data for previous years.
