The program was launched from September 1 throughout Russia. More than 1,350 cultural institutions from all regions of our country have already joined the project. The Government of the Russian Federation allocated almost 4 billion rubles for its launch.

«In Sochi, the Sochi Concert and Philharmonic Association, the New Theater of Sochi, the Central House of Culture have been participating in the program from the first day. Since October 1, the Art Museum has joined them and offers all its exhibitions to visit. The Museum of the Sochi history and the Museum named after N. Ostrovsky will soon join the program. It is planned that by the end of the year the Sochi Symphony Orchestra and the Sochi Chamber Philharmonic will become part of the project,» the Sochi administration said.

As part of the project, the state is transferring 3,000 rubles to the Pushkin Card, which must be spent by the end of this year. If one did not use the service, then the money burns out. On January 1, 2022, 5,000 rubles will already be credited to the card. The Pushkin Card can be both virtual and plastic. To issue a virtual card, you must register on the "Gosuslugi" portal and confirm your account.

Then - install the Gosuslugi.Kultura mobile application and receive the Pushkin Card. Since October, it has become possible to order a plastic card by presenting a passport and SNILS at the Post Bank branches, including at service points at the post office where there are bank employees.
