The occupancy of Sochi's room stock for the winter season is already about 25 percent

This was reported in the administration of Sochi.

"We are smoothly entering the velvet season, ahead of the peak loads of the winter season. Sochi ranks first in the country in terms of booking tours under the autumn cashback program. About a quarter of the room stock has already been booked for the New Year holidays. In October, November and December, we expect a significant increase in the tourist flow," said the head of Sochi Alexei Kopaygorodsky.

There are currently 184,000 tourists in Sochi. Placement occupancy is 87 percent.
