The press service of the Amur Tiger Center reported that new equipment was handed over to the employees of the Bastak Reserve: a quadcopter, 10 camera traps, as well as memory cards and 2000 lithium batteries. Now the photomonitoring network will be expanded in the reserve. In addition, employees of "Bastak" will be able to study the most remote areas of protected areas and strengthen measures for their protection.

The equipment was transferred as part of the program to support federal protected areas located in the Amur tiger habitat, which the Amur Tiger implements thanks to the support of sponsoring organizations.

The Bastak Nature Reserve is a long-standing partner of the Amur Tiger Center in the implementation of the program for the restoration of the local population of the Amur tiger on the border of the historical area.
