The natural reserve "Levashovsky" is planned to be created in St. Petersburg

“The reserve is organized with the aim of preserving and restoring coniferous, mixed and deciduous forests, swamps, rare landforms, aquatic plants from the Red Data Book,” notes Visit Petersburg.

In this specially protected natural area, construction, traffic, cutting down trees and shrubs, making fires, as well as hiking with tents and holding mass events will be strictly prohibited.

According to media reports, it is assumed that the reserve will appear on the territory of the Vyborgsky and Kurortny districts.
