The alpine sup-surfing station will open in early August. Thanks to the professional equipment, in addition to sup-surfing, Rose Wake Park already offers sports such as wakeboarding, wakefoil, frisbee, beach volleyball, beach soccer and beach tennis.
Sup-surfing is not only a pleasant holiday, but also a wonderful workout. It provides a static load on the legs, torso muscles and active work of the shoulder girdle. At the high-altitude sup-surfing station of the Rosa Khutor resort, group sup-surfing classes will be organized, including functional training and yoga.
We also have conditions for practicing an unusual sport that is practically not represented in Russia - sup polo. An inflatable field measuring 20 by 25 meters is installed on the water mirror. There are two teams of three people each. For the game, special paddles with a hole and a ball are used. The players' task is to score as many goals as possible into the opponent's field, - said the manager of "Rose Wake Park" Alexander Turgenev.
