The creation of the resort "New Anapa" will attract more than three million tourists

To implement the project, a working group will be created, which will include the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Economic Development and the corporation "Tourism.RF".

The RIA Novosti agency, citing Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, reported that a large-scale project for the construction of the New Anapa resort on the Black Sea coast is being implemented by decree of the President of the Russian Federation.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to create up to 15,000 hotel rooms, which will allow receiving more than 3 million additional tourists annually at the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory. In addition, the creation of a resort can give the region thousands of new jobs.

Chernyshenko has already instructed to create a working group to implement this project. It will include the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, other departments, as well as the corporation "Tourism.RF" and the administration of the Krasnodar Territory.

The administration of the Krasnodar Territory and the corporation "Tourism.RF" signed a cooperation agreement in February 2022. As part of it, the construction of tourist facilities of the new resort will be carried out.
