Tanzania is filming attraction sites to promote tourism in the East African nation, according to media reports citing President Samia Suluhu Hassan.

“What I am doing is to promote our country Tanzania internationally. We are going to film attraction sites,” she was quoted as saying by Eturbonews.

“Potential investors will get to see how Tanzania is like, areas of investments, and different attraction sites.”

The President was said to be guiding a film crew in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA) and Serengeti National Park after doing the same on Mount Kilimanjaro.

Ngorongoro and Serengeti are leading wildlife parks in Tanzania and are popular with tourists.

She launched a Royal Tour film documentary in the Spice Island of Zanzibar last month and recently made another tourist filming expedition in Bagamoyo on the Indian Ocean coast.

President Hassan said the Royal Tour documentary will showcase various tourism, investments, arts and cultural attractions available and seen in Tanzania.

The documentary will be launched in the United States.
