«First of all, this applies to representatives of professions that involve frequent contact with people. These are workers of the social block, the industries of culture, sports, resort and public catering, as well as the entire administration of the city administration and law enforcement agencies,» said the head of Sochi, Alexei Kopaygorodsky.
Russian vaccines are used, two of which are "Gam-COVID-Vac" and «EpiVacCorona». They are approved for people over 60 years old. The vaccination campaign will take place in medical institutions, as well as in a mobile vaccination station in the Moremall shopping and entertainment center. There are 16 vaccination points deployed in the city, including an offsite office in remote mountain villages. Everyone who passes two stages of vaccination will receive a special sticker “Honorary Participant of the Sochi City Campaign «No COVID-19! Yes vaccinations!».
The participants are allowed to choose an information card, a sticker on a phone, passport or car. Enterprises that will send personnel for vaccination will also receive stickers. This will serve as an information signal for tourists.
Stickers will become a guarantor of safety and social responsibility of business, compliance with the necessary sanitary and epidemiological requirements at enterprises in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, the Sochi administration emphasized.
More than 40.5 residents have already been vaccinated in Sochi. Vaccination is available not only for Sochi residents, but also for resort guests staying in the city for more than 21 days.
