Sochi welcomed almost 1.5 million tourists in the first quarter of 2025

This was reported by the head of Sochi, Andrey Proshunin.

"Preliminary estimates show that our resort will be visited by about 350,000 tourists in the first ten days of May, the occupancy rate of hotels and sanatoriums is forecast at 80%, and in a number of popular hotels and sanatoriums it will approach 90%," the city mayor noted.

At the same time, the growth in tourist flow in the mountain cluster of Sochi is about 10 percent compared to the 2023-2024 ski season.
