Sochi anticipates a massive influx of nearly five million tourists during the upcoming summer season. The peak tourist flow is projected for July and August, when the occupancy rate of the organized accommodation sector is expected to reach an impressive 95%. Currently, 75% of the resort's room stock is already booked for the summer. From May to September, the city expects to welcome over 4.9 million guests for leisure and wellness. Since the beginning of the year, Sochi has already hosted over 2.8 million guests, representing a 5% increase in tourist flow compared to the same period last year.

"As of today, Sochi is simultaneously accommodating about 150,000 guests. All major beach areas have started welcoming vacationers," reported the press service of the Ministry of Resorts, Tourism, and Olympic Heritage of the Krasnodar Krai.

Along the Sochi coastline, there are 180 municipal and departmental beach areas. This year, 57 beaches have achieved the highest national classification standard, the "Blue Flag," which is 15 more than last year. Marine safety inspections have been conducted in each district, coastal areas have been improved, and conclusions from the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels (GIMS) confirming safe recreational conditions have been received.
