"Sochi Autodrom" will work despite the refusal to hold the Russian stage of "Formula 1"

Formula 1 terminated the contract with Rosgonki to host the Russian Grand Prix. In 2022, racing races were to take place at the Sochi Autodrom track from 23 to 25 September. However, Sochi Autodrom has potential in other activities, says Alexey Titov, head of Rosgonok.

The head of Rosgonok emphasized that Sochi Autodrom remains a popular venue even without the Royal Races; in world practice, race tracks are also used for other events. Therefore, the Sochi track is waiting for new events, including those not related to motorsport.
