A delegation of Russian tour operators is on a study visit to Algeria to identify segments that would strengthen the presence and promote Algeria as a tourist destination, lexpressiondz.comwrites.

According to the Ministry of Tourism and Crafts of Algeria, the visit is part of the implementation of a strategy aimed at strengthening Algeria's position in the global tourism market, primarily in Russia.

The delegation of Russian tour operators expects to familiarize Algerian tour operators and hoteliers with the requirements of the Russian market and offer them travel programs that contribute to the better promotion of the Algerian destination.

As writes lexpressiondz.com, Russians are expanding mutually beneficial partnership in the field of tourism with countries with which Russia is building relations on the basis of strategic partnership. Algeria's application to join the BRICS group confirms this choice.
