Rosa Khutor resort supported the publication of a monograph on the history of Krasnaya Polyana

The unique book "History of Krasnaya Polyana" has recently been published. It became the first publication in the domestic historical and local history literature, summarizing the cross-cutting history of the area in the Mzymta River valley from ancient times to the present. The book shows in detail the change of eras in the region, the history of the emergence and development of Krasnaya Polyana, the features of its life at different times. The project was implemented with the support of the Rosa Khutor resort.

The author of the book is historian and local historian Dmitry Andreev, known for his works devoted to the study of toponyms and the history of the Western Caucasus. He worked on a new book, The History of Krasnaya Polyana, for more than five years, using extensive data from the archives of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Sochi, Novorossiysk, Stavropol and Tbilisi, as well as little-known sources.

The total circulation of the book "The History of Krasnaya Polyana" is 500 copies. You can buy it in the shops of the village, as well as through the website of the publication www.mountaindreams.ru.
