Rosa Khutor is actively developing the MICE direction of its activities and is one of the leaders in the country's business tourism market. The modern infrastructure of the resort allows you to hold almost any corporate event. There is a multifunctional concert hall "Rosa Hall" with a capacity of up to 2000 people, 30 conference rooms with the best technical equipment in the mountains of Sochi, there are such interesting and unusual venues: Laizo Park, the ethnocomplex "My Russia" and the mountain camping "Nakhazo". The resort also has a developed hotel base and can offer a wide variety of accommodation options.
Anna Reneiskaya, head of corporate sales at the Rosa Khutor resort, notes: “Every year we host more than 500 cultural, sports, entertainment and business events. A serious advantage of the resort is a large selection of additional activities within walking distance of accommodation facilities, regardless of the time of year. Considering the intensive development of the MICE direction, we decided to improve our service and create, together with our partner TravelLine, a special portal that greatly facilitates the logistics of any event for both organizers and participants.”
The Pro.MICE portal provides event organizers with special conditions for accommodation and resort services, a wide range of hotels for any budget, certain quotas of seats. Due to the fact that event participants can independently book services and hotel rooms on the portal, the organizers have more time for meaningful event preparation. For participants of events held at Rosa Khutor, the portal is useful for self-selection of accommodation and services, which can be paid not only by card, but also by bank transfer from a legal entity. According to Anna Reneyskaya, since the launch of the portal, more than a thousand participants of five MICE events, including the major Ot Vinta festival, have already taken advantage of its capabilities.
The development of the MICE direction at the resort is carried out by the corporate sales department, which provides support for the full cycle of preparation, organization and holding of events. Its functionality includes centralized coordination of the work of hotels, restaurants, open areas of the resort and the development of special offers, taking into account the full range of resort services. The main task of the department is to help the customer organize a corporate event at Rosa Khutor at the highest level.
Rosa Khutor Resort and TravelLine IT company have been cooperating since 2015. This year it was decided to automate the organization of accommodation for event participants. TravelLine has developed a special booking form for the Pro.MICE portal. Using this form, guests can independently book hotels and services of the Rosa Khutor resort. Now the organizers do not waste time collecting data about guests, categorizing, as well as transferring information to hotels and reconciling it.
