The press service of the "Land of the Leopard" national park announced the beginning of the construction of the second phase of the popular "Kravtsovsky Waterfalls" ecological trail. It will be extended by 125 meters, and the total length of the route will increase to 485 meters. The continuation of the trail will protect the soil from trampling and open up access for tourists to a view of the fourth waterfall in the famous cascade.

The opening of the new section is scheduled for spring 2025. Along the trail, stairs, bridges, viewing platforms, and benches will be equipped. New stands and botanical signs will appear on the route, telling about the trees and flowers growing here, and the wild animals inhabiting these places.

The new stage of the trail will begin with a viewing platform of the six-meter waterfall "Wild Mouth". It will end just a few dozen meters before the last fifth waterfall of the cascade. Thanks to the extension of the route, tourists will for the first time have comfortable access to a point with a view of the five-meter "Stepped". The total elevation gain will be 117 meters.

The "Kravtsovsky Waterfalls" trail is located in the Kravtsovka village area of the Khasansky district. Currently, tourists, having walked along it, can see the first three waterfalls of the cascade. There are also gazebos with barbecues, a toilet, and a spring.
