Over 500 palm trees, ranging from three to eight meters in height, have been planted along tourist routes. 80 of these palms are located on the main pedestrian street of the resort, Navaginskaya Street.

"In 2024, 540 million rubles from the previous year's resort fee were allocated for planting and landscaping parks and squares in the resort. In particular, the funds were invested in installing decorative elements and lighting structures on tourist routes in all districts of Sochi," the resort administration reported.

Over 100 video cameras have been installed on the resort's beaches. Another 100 will be installed by the end of 2024. The funds received from the resort fee will also be used to improve the "Komsomolsky" and "Druzhba Narodov" squares on Karl Marx Street.
