It will be attended by experts from science and economics, who have been dealing with the noospheric development of Altai and civilization in general for many years.

The Roscongress press service noted that the Altai Republic is the only subject in Russia where noospheric development is spelled out in the strategy for the socio-economic development of the region.

The Gorny Altai Region is the most ecologically clean region of Russia, with the lowest share of human economic activity and the level of anthropogenic pressure on nature. Tourist interest in the Altai Republic is growing every year. In this regard, the authorities of the republic are faced with the task of developing a model of noospheric development based on the ecologization of the economy and aimed at increasing economic potential while supporting ecological balance, as well as the harmonious development of the natural and social environment.
