New Service May Appear in Hotels in the Netherlands

A guest at a coastal Dutch hotel found a seal in her room on her birthday. Upon returning from a walk, the woman saw a large gray seal peacefully sleeping on the floor of her room. How the sea guest got into the hotel remains a mystery, although the tourist suspects that it was a kind of surprise in honor of her anniversary.

The hotel staff seemed very surprised by such an unexpected visit. The woman was even offered to change rooms, but she refused, saying that this "gift" was the most unusual and unforgettable in her life.

However, despite their adorable appearance, seals belong to the family of carnivorous mammals and, in case of danger, are able to inflict deep wounds on an opponent. The animal protection association employees called to the hotel could hardly cope with the sea guest, who was outraged by the interruption of his sweet sleep. The seal was swaddled and placed in a special container, and then released in a safe area of the North Sea. Waving goodbye with its flippers, the uninvited guest departed at a speed of 20 km/h.

This was the first case of a large gray seal appearing in a hotel room. However, the incident caused a stir on social networks in the Netherlands, and perhaps hoteliers will take note of this experience. What won't you do to attract new customers.
