In August, the resort is preparing to receive 900,000 guests. According to the new rules, for checking into a hotel it is necessary to provide an antigen test, printed from the State Services portal, a certificate of vaccination, or a negative PCR test with a written consent to be vaccinated at the resort within three days after arrival at the hotel. For those wishing to get vaccinated at the resort, transfers will be organized to the nearest vaccination point. Now there are 32 of them working at the resort.

"In total, over 2,800 accommodation facilities with a capacity of about 200,000 beds will operate in August. According to our forecast, 50,000 doses will be required to provide tourists with the vaccine. The Ministry of Health of the Krasnodar Territory has confirmed its readiness to ensure timely delivery of the vaccine to the city," said the head of Sochi, Aleksey Kopaigorodsky.

Compliance with the requirements will be monitored by monitoring groups consisting of employees of the Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Health Surveillance (Rospotrebnadzor), the city administration and the police. For violators of the rules, a fine of 30 thousand rubles is provided.

"Tourists who have checked into a hotel and have not been vaccinated will not be kicked out of their rooms or require a vaccination certificate. However, in case of illness, an epidemiological investigation will be carried out and a fine will be imposed," said Svetlana Batyaykina, Director of the Resorts and Tourism Department of the City Administration.

At the same time, children under the age of 14, inclusive, do not need any documents related to the coronavirus, and adolescents from 15 to 18 years old must present only a negative PCR test.
