By the summer tourist season, pleasure boats on the Moscow River will have new audio excursions. They are presented in the Russpass digital travel service in podcast format. This was announced by the official portal of the mayor and the government of Moscow.
“Passengers of river transport will learn more about the sights that can be seen while traveling along the main waterway of the city. The audio guides were voiced by theater and film actress Yevgenia Rozanova, cultural guide, accredited Moscow tour guide Irina Bureeva and historian, actor, radio host Sergei Brun.
According to Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport Maxim Liksutov, the popularity of river walks in the capital is growing every year.
“Therefore, on behalf of the Mayor of Moscow, we have put things in order in this industry - we have made the routes clearer and more attractive, the safety and comfort of travel have increased,” Liksutova quotes the portal.
Special flyers and cards with QR codes will appear on passenger ships plying along the routes of Moscow river transport. Users will be able to scan them and listen to the audio guide corresponding to the chosen walk.
In addition, you can find free audio guides when you go from the main page of the Russpass website to the special section "River trams". Each travel option has a description, information about the cost of the ticket, the place of departure and the duration of the journey. Also presented are data on ships and the route itself with stops. In addition, in the search, you can select the departure pier, and the service will display the available travel options.
