Ecotourism in Crimea aims to preserve the environment
The official website of the Moscow mayor has announced a large-scale festival to celebrate Chinese New Year. Kicking off on January 28th, the event promises a diverse program and vibrant decorations, with the city's streets adorned in traditional Chinese style for the duration of the festival.
The "Chinese New Year in Moscow" festival will be held for the second time. Last year, it attracted over 700,000 visitors. For a week, guests enjoyed calligraphy workshops, culinary competitions, and a variety of dishes, including Peking duck and candied fruit. This year, city residents and visitors will once again have the opportunity to explore the multifaceted culture of China.
Manezhnaya Square will be the main festival venue, hosting the most exciting activities. Festive events are also planned at VDNKh, the Moscow Zoo, Soluxe Hotel Moscow in the north-east of the capital, the Dream Island amusement park, and other popular tourist destinations.
Everyone will be able to attend themed workshops and exhibitions, try Chinese cuisine, and purchase souvenirs. A detailed schedule of events will be published soon.
