The press service of Mospriproda reported that specially laid routes will appear within urban natural areas. Information signs and diagrams have already been installed on the routes, and emergency, dead and fallen trees have been removed along the routes.
During the entire winter period, under appropriate weather conditions, more than 40 ski slopes for riding both classic and skating will be rolled for Moscow residents.
The length of such ski routes in different natural areas ranges from 700 m to 20 km. They pass along the most picturesque places. At the same time, the tracks are safe for skiers and are laid out so as not to disturb the wintering wild animals or accidentally damage the Red Book plants.
The routes will appear in the natural and historical parks Izmailovo, Kosinsky, Bitsevsky Forest, Tsaritsyno, Tushinsky, Kuzminki-Lublino, Moskvoretsky, landscape reserves Troparevsky, Teply Stan," Khimkinsky", "Valley of the River Skhodnya in Kurkino", Terletsky forest park, nature reserves "Valley of the Setun River" and "Northern", complex reserve "Zelenogradsky", "Serebryanoy Bor", faunal reserve "Long Ponds", as well as the natural complex "Ozelenennaya territory in the valley of the Setun River and its tributaries in Novo-Peredelkino and adjacent territories.
