Mass Fern Gathering to Take Place in Kamchatka as Part of Gastronomic Festival

The official website of the Kamchatka Krai has announced that the "FernCRAB" festival will take place on June 22 as part of the "Gastrocamp Kamchatka 2024". The event will begin with a mass gathering of ferns, in which anyone can participate.

The gathering will take place on one of Kamchatka's mountains. This is where royal, blue, green, hairy and other types of ferns grow. Participants will be provided with the necessary equipment and transportation will be organized for them. To participate in the event, you must register in advance.

"The "FernCRAB" festival is designed to reveal the uniqueness of traditional and modern Kamchatka cuisine, to introduce the peninsula's natural gifts and the hospitality of the region's residents. The festival week will continue the program of events in Kamchatka's restaurants," - the message says.

As part of the festival week, 17 restaurants will present dishes from a special menu and introduce guests to the wealth of local products of the region, unusual recipes and unique concepts of the establishments.

Overall, the "FernCRAB" festival is a great opportunity to experience the unique culture and cuisine of Kamchatka. The mass gathering of ferns is a fun and active way to participate in the festival, and the festival week in restaurants is a chance to try some delicious and innovative dishes.
