The new resort "Three Volcanoes" in Kamchatka may open in 2026, said the owner of the company "Vasta Discovery», Sergei Bachin, during the EEF.

The key investor in this project is Vladimir Potanin's Interros, which already has experience in building the Rosa Khutor resort in Sochi. Interros plans to create a large world-class resort in Kamchatka. "Vasta Discovery" carries out preparation of design estimates, construction and operation of facilities included in the project, and will also act as a co-investor. The agreement on the creation of a multifunctional tourist and recreational complex «Park Three Volcanoes» was signed by the state corporation «Tourism.RF» and «Vasta Discovery» in April 2021.

«The development of design and estimate documentation is underway. Somewhere in 2023, we should start directly on construction, and in 2-3 years - in 2026 - we should launch this project,» Sergei Bachin said. «In the coming years, we will invest more than 40 billion rubles as private funds in this project,» the developer added.
