It will be located on an area of 216 hectares in the Adler region between the villages of Krasnaya Volya and Galitsyno. The project includes both sports facilities - a golf course, a golf academy with driving ranges, tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool, as well as hotel and tourist infrastructure facilities - a hotel with 150 5-star rooms, 300 chalets and villas for temporary stay, a club house up to 5000 rooms, eco-farm, spa complex, yoga center, ponds and beach. The project will be implemented as part of the program for the development of tourism infrastructure in the regions.
- The Government Commission for Regional Development approved nine new projects in the field of tourism under the program of restructuring budget loans. The total amount of investments is 38.6 billion rubles, - reports the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
In addition to the golf resort in Sochi, a new hotel complex will appear in the village of Agoy in the Krasnodar Territory. Also, new projects will be implemented in North Ossetia, Kalmykia, Karelia, Stavropol Territory. Thanks to the implementation of investment projects, the regions will receive more than two thousand jobs. The costs of the regions for the creation of related infrastructure facilities will amount to 1.2 billion rubles.
