The resort is now offering free morning fitness classes on the shore of its mountain lake at the Rosa Beach area, located 560 meters above sea level. These invigorating sessions run every week from Thursday to Sunday, led by qualified instructors.

On Thursdays and Saturdays, guests can join functional training sessions, designed to engage all muscle groups and improve strength, balance, and mobility. As trainer Roman Karimov explains, these workouts are suitable for all fitness levels and offer a boost of energy for the whole day.

For those seeking flexibility and mental clarity, yoga classes are held on Fridays and Sundays. These sessions can help strengthen muscles, alleviate back pain, and promote a sense of ease.

The free workouts begin promptly at 8:00 AM and are weather-dependent. All necessary equipment is provided at no cost; participants simply need to wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes. These open training sessions are expected to continue until early October.

These sports activities are part of the resort's free summer animation program. While adults enjoy morning workouts, the evenings are dedicated to children's entertainment. Every week from Thursday to Sunday, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, young guests at Rosa Beach can enjoy face painting, bubble shows, and a lively disco.
