Forum "Forests of Russia" takes place in the Krasnoyarsk Region

The forum is held from 21 to 22 September. It is attended by about 600 people from 70 regions of Russia and guests from abroad - representatives of regional forest departments, public and volunteer organizations, the timber industry and the scientific community, students and rectors of specialized universities.

"The business program of the forum provides for a series of round tables dedicated to the support and development of the forest industry, the implementation of the federal project "Preservation of Forests" and the national project "Ecology", the digitalization of the forest industry, the impact of forests on climate, voluntary forest certification and the development of "green" tourism, - reports the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia on its website.

In addition, there will be a panel discussion on the topic “Career in the forest complex through the eyes of youth” and a seminar on the sale of timber at the exchange auction.

Within the framework of the forum, the Russian championship among fellers "Lesorub-2022" will also be held. In addition, the specialized exhibition of forestry equipment "Expodrev-2022" will be presented to the attention of the audience.
