"NaVazhny Fest" will last until February 27, it brings together 16 restaurants and cafes in the region, most of which are located in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

“The gastronomic festival is held in the region for the second time. It is timed to coincide with the Sakhalin Ice Ice Fishing Festival, which will be held on February 26 in the Dolinsky District," the national tourist portal Russia.travel reports.

Unusual dishes at NaVazhny Fest include Japanese saffron cod soup with mizore nabe noodles, open saffron cod gyros with Greek Tzatziki sauce, saffron cod tempura with fry vegetables, Sakhalin smelt on an onion pillow with mashed potatoes, fried smelt with mint hollandaise sauce.

The portal recalls that until March 25, a charter program organized with the support of Rostourism will operate, under which you can fly cheaply to Sakhalin.
