It is located near the Winter Theatre, its area is 5 thousand square meters. The renovated landscape corner will be opened at the resort by the City Day, which will be celebrated from May 26 to 29.

«An automatic irrigation and drainage system has already been laid, electrical wires are hidden underground - the territory will receive artistic lighting. 20 KAMAZ trucks of soil were delivered. All trees and shrubs on the territory have been preserved, and planting of additional plants is currently underway. In total, the territory will be decorated with more than 2,000 new trees, shrubs and flowers, the press service of the Sochi administration reported.

In the square, where eucalyptus trees have been growing since the 1930s, several photo zones will appear. It is specified that by the end of the year in the center of Sochi they are going to restore all the historical green oases and combine them into a single pedestrian tourist route - from the Winter Theater to Komsomolsky Square.
