The press service of the regional government reported on the progress of the implementation in the Toropetsky district of the Tver region of the project to create a new cultural and historical cluster "Lake Nagovye".
On its territory there will be a hotel-estate "Seasons" with the main building, an outbuilding, two "floating houses", a restaurant, a sauna complex, an indoor gym, a zoo and a subsidiary farm.
Russian Russian-Turkish, Russian-Japanese and World War I war participant, Minister of War of the Russian Empire, founder of the Russian military counterintelligence, General Alexey Nikolaevich Kuropatkin, will also have his estate restored. It is planned to improve the park adjacent to the estate.
In the future, it is planned to open a museum of provincial life in the estate. General A.N. Kuropatkin with premises for cultural events.
The implementation of the project began in 2022. To date, a sports area has already been landscaped, a beach has been equipped. The organization of a tourist route to the heritage sites of General A.N. Kuropatkin is being completed.
It is expected that in 2024 the cultural and tourist cluster will be able to accommodate up to 160 people.
Participants discussed the boundary between nature and ecotourism, whether mass visits to unique areas can remain safe, the responsibilities of investors, and how to prepare tourists for visiting specially protected natural areas.
The head of state expressed confidence that the Forum will be held at a high level, and that its results will contribute to the development of tourism in Russia and the expansion of humanitarian and business ties.
