The official website of the Kamchatka Territory has announced that construction of the "Three Volcanoes" park is set to start in September. This tourist cluster will include 12 different facilities in the area surrounding the Mutnovsky, Viluchinsky, and Gorely volcanoes, with access to Viluchinskaya Bay.
The investor is expected to receive construction permits shortly. This project is among the top three largest investment initiatives in Kamchatka. Its implementation will help boost the region's economy and create new jobs. The first phase of the project is planned for completion within three years, at which point the "Sopka Goryachaya" resort will be ready to welcome its first tourists.
Currently, construction of the road leading to the main park site is underway, along with infrastructure development. Issues related to electricity supply and thermal water availability are being addressed.
The park will feature various attractions on the peninsula and promote different types of tourism, including nature-based, balneological, mountain, skiing, expedition, and cruise tourism.
Visitors to the "Three Volcanoes" park will be able to unwind at a spa complex or a health-rehabilitation center with a thermal lagoon, dine at a restaurant located at an altitude of 491 meters, and explore a Volcano Museum or an ethnographic museum.
The complex will include the "Sopka Goryachaya" resort with natural geothermal lagoons, a ski complex with three ski lifts and trails of varying difficulty, and an observation deck on the summit of the extinct Viluchinsky volcano.
You can see the plant in the Dendrarium Park. Due to the fact that its flowers change color during the day, hibiscus is called the lotus tree or "crazy rose."
