Since June 15, construction work at the Mamison resort in North Ossetia has moved into an active phase. This was reported on its website by the Kavkaz.RF company.
“Currently, work is underway to create ski, tourist and engineering infrastructure facilities. In particular, the construction of two ropeways with a length of 5 km and 20 km of tracks - green, blue, red and black difficulty levels - is underway," the message on the Kavkaz.RF website says.
In addition, this season, the new contractor will begin the construction of a multifunctional center, an open parking lot for 460 cars and a snowcat garage for three snow groomers. The resort resident is working on the creation of accommodations, restaurants, a snow park and related tourist infrastructure. The number of rooms for guests and tourists is designed for more than 1100 accommodation places.
"Mamison" is an all-season tourist and recreational complex under construction in the Alagirsky district of North Ossetia under the management of the Kavkaz.RF Development Institute. The resort has a special economic zone. Construction work began in 2022, the first facilities are scheduled to be put into operation in 2024.
