Ecotourism in Crimea aims to preserve the environment
As the organizers note on the website dedicated to the festival, Ciderfest Petersburg was created so that visitors could feel the atmosphere of northern cider making, try all the variety of cider in the midst of autumn, the main season for the production of this drink.
30 cider houses from 15 regions of Russia will take part in the festival, 200 types of cider will be presented to the attention of the guests.
From October 7, excursions to cider houses and cider houses will be held for everyone, and on October 15, the organizers promise "a real cider festival with unlimited tasting, which has not yet had analogues in St. Petersburg."
“The Northwest is a unique region where the country’s iconic cider makers are located. Over the past few years, a vibrant and distinctive community has formed around St. Petersburg, interesting for its unique approach to production, loyalty to the traditions of natural cider making and a recognizable product profile,” the site notes.
According to the organizers of the festival, the cider of this region has its own unique style.
