It is also planned to lay birdwatching points and artificial nests on the territory of the national park, including for joint work with the Department of Environmental Supervision and Nature Management of the Oryol Region, aimed at nesting the short-toed eagle.
The Oryol Polesye National Park is one of the least anthropogenic areas located in the north-west of the Oryol region. It was established in 1994 and occupies 77,745 hectares. More than 60 thousand tourists visit the national park every year.
