At the resort, 134 construction objects were identified on plots for private housing construction, as well as more than 1,500 links, which posted ads for the sale of apartments. All objects with signs of unauthorized construction, materials on which were sent to the court, are now plotted on an interactive map. The innovation allows you to quickly control all stages of the passage of materials through the authorities up to the demolition of a capital construction object. While the interactive map is under development. In the future, it will be in the public domain.

«In order for the townspeople to feel comfortable, any construction on the territory of Sochi must proceed legally and transparently,» stressed the head of the city, Alexei Kopaigorodsky.

Inventory of municipal land plots continues in the city. Specialists have already checked 2781 of them. 106 land plots with a total area of 50 hectares were identified, suitable for the placement of social facilities.

"By the end of the year, the inventory should be completed, all municipal lands identified during its implementation should be involved in economic circulation for the construction of social facilities on them. According to the results of the All-Russian Population Census, the exact number of Sochi residents will be known, which will give an understanding of how many social facilities we need ", - ordered the head of the city Alexei Kopaigorodsky.

The Department of Property Relations is working to terminate lease agreements with unscrupulous tenants who do not comply with the terms of the agreement. The plots seized for this reason will be considered for the further construction of social facilities - schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, houses of culture and healthcare facilities.
