The official website of the Mayor of Moscow announced the launch of the podcast "Parks in Detail". Each seven-to-ten-minute episode explores neighborhood parks that have been renovated through the My Neighborhood program since 2018. Listeners will be able to learn more about these territories and discover new interesting places for walking.

There are currently 30 episodes available for listening. One third of them is devoted to new parks. Among them are the Govorovsky Forest, Rasskazovka and Maryino. These modern parks are located in the middle of the forest and were designed with the protection of natural areas in mind. The audio guide will also tell you about the parks "Khodynskoye Pole" and "Palmira", which appeared on wastelands and changed the landscape of places beyond recognition.

The project features several parks with history. Among them are the former estate parks "Lublino", "Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo", "Fili" and Vorontsovsky Park. Another category of parks - revived after many years of desolation. These include, for example, the park of the Northern River Station.

"The podcast was prepared by the editors of the project office of the My District program. It is interesting to listen to the recordings both directly in the parks and when planning future walks. The audio guide can be found in Yandex Music and on other podcast platforms," the message says.
