The head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and the first deputy general director of JSC "Corporation Tourism.RF" Denis Sekachev discussed the preliminary concept of the master plan for the development of the tourist territory "Laishevo", developed by "Tourism.RF".
On the basis of an agreement between the parties, the region provided the corporation with territories for the development of tourism infrastructure. One of them was the territory in the Laishevsky district, 60 km from Kazan.
“The development of the multifunctional resort “Laishevo” is being implemented within the framework of the national project “Tourism and hospitality industry”. On the tourist territory with an area of 72.87 hectares, it is planned to build objects for all-season accommodation of tourists - hotels of 3 and 4 star categories with a high level of service, SPA centers, restaurants, glampings and infrastructure for beach holidays," the Tourism.RF Corporation reported on your site.
It is assumed that the number of hotel rooms will be more than 700, but the possibility of a subsequent increase in the number of rooms is provided.
“A feature of the project will be the creation of a yacht marina and coastal service infrastructure for yacht owners with the possibility of their maintenance and winter storage of small boats,” the corporation said.
During the development of the project, special attention was paid to the creation of lots for small and medium-sized businesses.
Entrepreneurs of the region will be able to take part in the development of the tourist area after the approval of the master plan.
It is expected that the total investment in the project will be about 11 billion rubles.
"According to forecasts, thanks to the development of tourism infrastructure, by 2030 the tourist flow to Laishevo will exceed 540 thousand people a year," Tourism.RF noted.
