The action is intended for a wide audience. Not only professional ecologists, but also children and adults who are not indifferent to the topic of ecology can take part in it.
The event will be held for the fourth time. Last year, more than 3.4 million people from 85 regions of Russia, as well as compatriots from 105 countries, took part in it.
The press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources said that the eco-dictation covers a wide range of topics: the Arctic, Lake Baikal, forests, fighting forest fires, biological diversity, green energy, waste recycling.
"The key tasks are to draw people's attention to the preservation of Russia's unique natural heritage, to improve environmental awareness," the message says.
This year, a special section will appear on the ecodictant.rus portal, from which you can learn how to start taking care of nature professionally. It will form a register of environmental professions, prepare information on education and advanced training.
As part of the eco-dictation, there will also be Green Screen video contests, a question contest and the Eco-dictation Talisman contest. As a result, the winners will receive valuable prizes.
