Albino-Galapagos: white tortoise born in Switzerland

A rare event occurred in the city of Servion, Switzerland - the birth of a baby albino Galapagos tortoise, as reported by the Gismeteo service.

In February, the mother tortoise laid 6 eggs, from which the tortoises, including albino, hatched in May. The probability of such a phenomenon is only 3%.

The babies weigh about 50 grams and have grown to 10-15 cm.
