Ecotourism in Crimea aims to preserve the environment
Aeroflot has published a ranking of the most popular New Year's destinations among passengers flying from Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, and St. Petersburg. The list also includes the most popular ski resort destinations in Russia. The ranking was based on the number of bookings for flights from December 28 to January 8, 2025, on SU-coded flights operated by Aeroflot and the airline "Rossiya."
In the top 10 Russian destinations from Moscow (in descending order of bookings) are: St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Sochi, Vladivostok, Mineralnye Vody, Khabarovsk, Yekaterinburg, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Samara, and Ufa.
The most booked international flights from Moscow are to Phuket, Yerevan, Istanbul, Male, Bangkok, Dubai, Colombo, Guangzhou, Beijing, and Denpasar.
Residents of Krasnoyarsk prefer to fly to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Blagoveshchensk, Irkutsk, Yekaterinburg, Phuket, Bangkok, Sanya, and Almaty for the holidays.
From St. Petersburg, the most popular destinations for New Year’s holidays are Moscow, Kaliningrad, Sochi, Mineralnye Vody, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Tyumen, Yerevan, Kirovsk, and Bangkok.
The top 5 ski resort destinations in Russia, favored by airline passengers for the holidays, include Sochi, Mineralnye Vody, Kirovsk, Gorno-Altaisk, and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
