Built in 1936, Primoskaya was the first and for a long time the only hotel at the resort. As part of the reconstruction project, it is planned to restore the historic hotel building.

«This object will serve as a landmark and a visiting card of the city. The commissioning of the hotel complex will create about 500 new jobs»,  said Deputy Head of Sochi Inna Petukhova.

In the course of the work, it is planned to change the ceilings, roofs, and strengthen the supporting structures of the hull. The hotel building will house a hotel of the highest star rating with a capacity of about 100 rooms. The new hotel complex will have a multi-level underground parking for two thousand cars. The investor also intends to improve the surrounding area. Reconstruction of "Primorskaya" is planned to be completed in 2024.
