The implementation of the project of the resort complex of the premium segment "Palace Derbent" on the shores of the Caspian Sea was discussed during the trip of the working group of the corporation "Tourism.RF" to Dagestan, which studied the potential of the Kayakent region of the republic.

“The project provides for the construction and operation of a five-star year-round hotel seaside complex with 183 rooms. A spa complex with a thermal zone, indoor and outdoor pools with elements of a water park, as well as entertainment and sports infrastructure will be created for guests. For lovers of sea sports, it is planned to create a yacht marina for small-sized motor and sailing vessels, "Tourism. RF" on its website.

Completion of construction and commissioning of facilities is scheduled for 2026.

"The object being created will provide comfortable accommodation for guests when organizing excursions to the main attractions of Dagestan," the corporation noted.
