The construction of a new sanatorium is being resumed in Kislovodsk on Volodarsky Street, the official website of the resort city reported.
The modern complex with an area of more than 13 thousand square meters and a capacity of about 400 people will consist of 138 rooms.
"In recent years, the rich recreational resource of our city has constantly attracted investors for the development of tourism business. The new investor is ready to continue the construction of the sanatorium, which has been frozen for more than 10 years. The health resort will be equipped with the most modern equipment, include rooms of absolutely different classes," the words of the head of Kislovodsk Evgeny Moiseev are quoted on the website.
He noted that one of the highlights of the sanatorium will be an operational roof with an outdoor swimming pool - the first in Kislovodsk.
The total investment in the project is more than 3 billion rubles.
