The press service of DOM.RF Bank announced that it would finance the project for creating a multifunctional hotel complex "Elbrus. Polyana Azau" in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. The bank will allocate 14.7 billion rubles for this purpose as part of the discount financing program for tourism infrastructure implemented by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The complex will be designed with 657 rooms, including three hotel building corps, four apartment hotel corps, nine individual cottages, and nine guest houses.
The cluster will also have a sports complex with a rock-climbing center, a universal sports hall, a children's center, and a spa center with a thermal zone. The project is planned to be completed by 2027.
The resort is intended to be integrated into the natural landscape, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the mountains, visit gorges and waterfalls, engage in active sports, and simply relax.
The resort is now offering free morning fitness classes on the shore of its mountain lake at the Rosa Beach area, located 560 meters above sea level. These invigorating sessions run every week from Thursday to Sunday, led by qualified instructors
