A large-scale snowman festival will be held in Moscow

The official website of the Mayor of Moscow announced that the Moscow Palace of Pioneers will host the Art-Fest 2024 snowman festival. Its participants will compete in a wide variety of art directions.

Schoolchildren aged 10 and over and their parents can submit collective and individual creative projects. All works should be associated with snowmen. For example, it can be molded from plasticine or create a video projection. You can draw a comic book or a whole cartoon.

The jury consists of famous artists, illustrators, designers and animation directors. The results of the competition will be announced on February 17, 2024. On the same day, there will be a competition for the best author's figure made of snow.

"You can submit an application, submit a work and view the projects of the laureates of previous years on the competition website. There are also video tutorials and workshops on plasticine animation, comic book creation and other types of creativity," the message says.
